Dress code: Dress to impress – for an unforgettable evening!
A well-groomed appearance not only shows style, but also respect and appreciation for the other guests. And that’s exactly what makes our special evenings so unique.

Ladies first: Whether it’s classic in a little black dress, elegant with a skirt and a seductive top or an exciting dress – whatever you like and makes you shine is allowed. If you like to be a little more revealing or erotic, you can of course also wear stylish lingerie. There are (almost) no limits to your imagination – the main thing is that you feel comfortable and sexy!

Gentlemen take note: A suit or dinner jacket is the perfect choice – modern, classic or festive – a long-sleeved shirt is of course a must and rounds off your look in style. Please refrain from wearing jeans, T-shirts, trainers/sneakers and short-sleeved or strikingly printed shirts – they simply don’t match the special flair of the evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Sometimes life gets in the way – we understand that. Please let us know at least one week before the event if you are unable to attend. In this case, we will refund the ticket price already paid by credit card or rebook you for another date free of charge.

Unfortunately, ticket prices cannot be refunded for cancellations made during the event week – however, we always endeavour to find a fair solution regarding the ticket.

Important information about the shuttle & overnight package:
The Shuttle & Overnight Package booked as part of the event can be cancelled up to a maximum of 7 days before the event. We are also subject to our hotel partner’s cancellation policy. A goodwill arrangement can therefore only apply to the event ticket.

For external events, the respective cancellation period of the external organiser applies to the ticket; for the Shuttle & Overnight Package, the above-mentioned 7-day period before the event continues to apply.
