‘Summer Christmas Special – In the Spirit of O’

We are delighted to extend this official invitation to our ‘Christmas-Summer Edition – Under the Sign of O’.

Together with the Herrenkreis, we are organising a very special event on 1 August 2026. We’ll be celebrating Christmas – in a sensory, playful way, with a touch of festive magic. You can look forward to Christmas elves, Christmas trees, tinsel, candles, mulled wine, fairy lights and an atmosphere that blends tradition and passion in a truly unique way. After all, anyone can celebrate Christmas in winter…

We are delighted to welcome St Nicholas and Krampus as special guests, who – in keeping with old traditions – will be honouring both the well-behaved and the less well-behaved O’s, Devotas and slaves in their own unique way. Experience tells us that Krampus is likely to have a bit more work on his hands.

To take part, please send us a binding registration by email. Please include your player name (and that of your companion) when registering, as this will help us to organise things. As experience has shown that our event books up very quickly and we want to ensure all guests have enough space to enjoy a meaningful and enjoyable experience together, final confirmation of your place will be sent in two stages.

Once we have received your binding registration by email, we will review each application individually. If we are able to accommodate you for this event, you will receive a reply containing the exclusive registration link for Soho. Your participation is only confirmed once you have used this link to register on the Soho website. When you register via the Soho link, you can also book hotel accommodation and shuttle services.

Simply registering by email does not therefore constitute a firm confirmation of attendance. We ask for your understanding that we deliberately limit the number of participants in order to preserve the special atmosphere of our evening.

Dresscode

Women: Less is more. Christmassy. Revealing. Nude

Men – Required: black tie (tuxedo with bow tie), tailcoat, or suit with a tie.

Strictly prohibited; no entry in: jeans, T-shirts, trainers, or without a tie.

Included in the ticket price:

• Admission to the event
• Finest selected drinks at the bar (excluding champagne, bottled spirits & our selection of fine bottled wines)
• All delicacies from our exquisite finger food buffet (also vegetarian/vegan)

Shuttle & Overnight Package:

Our optional SHUTTLE & OVERNIGHT Package, available for €149, includes one night’s accommodation (double room) at the DORMERO JeHo Graz Airport, with the following services included:

• Hotel check-in from 3:00 p.m.
• Minibar in the room included on the day of arrival
• Shuttle service from the hotel to Soho and back (outbound journeys 8.00–8.30 pm / return journeys 1.30–2.30 am)
• Extensive breakfast buffet (06:30–10:30)
• Late Check-Out uten 2pm

Parking: Outdoor and garage parking spaces subject to availability for €15 per day

Thanks to its excellent transport links – just a few minutes’ drive from Soho and around a 3-minute walk from Graz Airport – the hotel is ideally situated, making it particularly easy for you to get to and from our event.

Booking & Processing

We will take care of the booking and arrangements for you; any additional costs incurred on site will be settled directly at the hotel. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please book your package at least 5 days before the event. After that, bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

We know that plans can change. You can therefore cancel or rebook free of charge up to 5 days before the event. After that, we are bound by our hotel partner’s terms, which means we can no longer refund the overnight package. In such cases, however, we will always do our best to find an amicable solution regarding your tickets.

Please note: For events organised by third parties, the ticket deadlines set by the respective organiser apply; for the accommodation package, the 5-day deadline still applies.
